GENERAL HISTORYTERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our website Wasserkaskaden.de.

Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Wasserkaskaden.de; this also applies to a waiver of the written form requirement.

Fulfillment of orders that the customer has not placed in connection with his commercial or self-employed professional activity are based on these terms and conditions.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Wasserkaskaden.de; Owner Heike Weiss.

Further information about the company can be found in the imprint. For questions or complaints you can reach us on telephone 0561/915435 or

by e-mail: info@wasserkaskaden.de

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of goods on our website does not represent a binding application for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to order goods.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you make a binding purchase offer (§ 145 BGB).

After receipt of the purchase offer, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not yet represent acceptance of your purchase offer. A contract is not yet concluded through the confirmation of receipt.

A purchase contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare our acceptance of the purchase offer.

4. Prices & Shipping

The prices mentioned include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the product prices, there may be shipping costs. You can find out more about the shipping costs for the individual items and under the URLhttps://www.wasserkaskaden.de/info/versand-payment/.

Payment is made by PayPal, direct debit or direct debit. You can find more information about the payment methods under PAYMENT • SHIPPING • DELIVERY. 6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

7. Damage in transit

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the deliverer immediately and then contact us as soon as possible. Failure to report this has no consequences for your legal claims, but you help us to assert our own claims against the transport company or the insurance company.

8. Warranty / Liability for Defects

Claims regarding warranty and liability for defects are based on the statutory provisions of sales law.

9. Contract Language

The language for the conclusion of the contract is German.

11. Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods we will initially deliver or repair the goods at your discretion. If the repair fails, or if the goods delivered are also defective, you can return the goods for a refund of the full purchase price, or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Information about any manufacturer warranties, please refer to the product documentation.
